Pilot Plan - Free for Up to 10 Users
Every registered domain starts with a 30-day trial of the full suite at full capacity, no credit card required, with one 15-day extension. When the trial ends without a paid plan, any site collection with 10 or fewer users continues on the Pilot Plan at no charge, with the full suite and no expiration. A site collection with more than 10 users needs a paid plan that covers it.
Features of the Pilot Plan:
- Free for up to 10 users per site collection
- Full suite, no expiration while the site collection stays at or under 10 users
- Applies automatically after the trial; nothing to sign up for
- Upgrade to Essential, Standard, Scale, or Enterprise at any time
Note: Your plan must cover the largest site collection where the Intranet Suite runs. Site collection count and total employee count are not the pricing basis.
Free Forever Components
Clocks, Intranet Footer, Page Heading, Page Templates, Simple Blurbs, and Stats Counter are free forever. Registration is required. They are never subject to user caps or trial expiry.
The full terms are in the License Agreement.
