Birthdays and Anniversaries turns dates your organization already keeps in SharePoint into upcoming celebrations, grouped into today, this week and this month, with milestone badges and one-click wishes. The display rule is fixed: month and day only. No age, no birth year, anywhere.
Birthdays render as month and day only, never an age or birth year. If no celebration date is mapped, no card appears.
Recurring dates are computed as pure month/day math, so they render the same in every timezone. Feb 29 birthdays celebrate on Feb 28 in non-leap years. Windows wrap month and year ends.
Each card offers a prefilled email and a Teams chat link when an email column is mapped, so a wish takes one click.
Celebration dates can come from the people list you already use or from a separate SharePoint list joined by a matching key. No Microsoft Graph dependency and no requirement to move the dates into a Zenpo-specific store.

That is the design. Only month and day are ever rendered. The part has no output that includes an age or a birth year.
A mapped date value. In the default mode, a birthday appears when the mapped Birthday field has a value, and an anniversary appears when the mapped Hire date field has a value. In separate-list mode, the dates come from a matching joined row. Zenpo does not define how those dates are collected, approved, governed, or maintained. That stays with your organization.
