No. People Directory reads the SharePoint list or CSV in the current site using the signed-in user’s existing SharePoint access. It does not require Microsoft Graph calls, additional Graph permissions, admin consent, or Entra profile data as the directory source.
No. People Directory maps familiar roles such as name, job title, department, location, email and manager to the columns your source already provides. Unused roles can remain unbound, so you do not have to migrate your workforce data into a Zenpo-specific schema.
Yes. People Directory is not limited to traditional employees. Contractors, consultants, vendors and other external people can appear alongside employees in the same directory. When the External role is mapped and a person is classified as external in the source data, Zenpo gives them a distinct EXTERNAL treatment.
Yes. People Directory supports search across names, titles, departments and locations, along with department and location filters and an A–Z index. The directory uses paged reads so it can work with organization-scale workforce lists rather than requiring the entire dataset to load at once.
No. Your workforce data remains in the SharePoint list or CSV stored in your Microsoft 365 tenant. People Directory renders the information inside SharePoint rather than creating a separate Zenpo-hosted employee database.
Nothing. The underlying SharePoint list or CSV remains yours and stays where it is. Removing People Directory does not delete, migrate or take ownership of the workforce data.
People Directory can display tenure as a range rather than exposing the underlying hire date, and it does not display a person’s age. You control which workforce fields are mapped into the directory experience.
